Who will be in charge of my smile?

Your smile will be taken special care of by a selected team of professionals that are trained under the Billion Dollar Smile technique and Dr. Mario’s approval.

Will my dental treatment hurt?

Although the level of pain depends on each person, we try to implement techniques that are not so invasive, to make sure we take care of your smile.

What kind of toothpaste should I use after my treatment?

Please avoid using any kind of Arm & Hammer, Charcoal White, Whitening, and Baking Soda toothpastes. Just use regular toothpase.   

What type of clothing should I wear on the day of my appointment?

We recommend you to come with comfortable clothes, sport shoes and a coat, this will help you feel comfortable.  

Do you have financing options?

We know this is a very important investment for you. Sadly we don’t offer a financing plan. What we can do to get you closer to your dreamed smile, is that you can make periodic payments through ZELLE APP before the date of the procedure to reduce your balance amount.

Are there any COVID-19 restrictions to go to Colombia?

Yes, there are. You must be aware of the new restrictions informed by the Goverment. We’ll keep our patients posted about it. 

Do I need passport to go to Colombia?

Yes, a valid passport is required to enter the country. 

What foods and practices should I avoid?

Crunchy or hard foods. Also, do not open packages or bottles with your teeth, this will cause your veneers to break.  

Why is the deposit non-refundable?

This amount of money is the one that guarantees you a space in the agenda, the waiting list is usually a little long and with your deposit we count on you to come to your appointment.

How many days should I stay to get my teeth done?

The design of your smile will allow you to achieve perfectly straight and whiter teeth. The duration of the procedure depends on your dental health and the veneer’s material you choose. 

On regular cases, we recommend you to arrive a day prior your appointment, and leave a day after it. So, it’ll be around 3 days minimum. Our team will let you know if you need to stay longer due to your dental treatment requirements.

What is the process to schedule my appointment?

You must set up your appointment with a $500 USD non-refundable deposit, which is currently valid for 6 months. After that, you will be able to schedule your appointment and our team will help you with all the information to coordinate the details of your trip, such as booking your hotel and tickets. 

CAN I PAY IN CASH OR WITH DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS?

You can pay in cash, or with your credit cards here in our office. You can also pay online through Zelle.
